We require the proper type of workers.  Creation of a band of selfless and devoted workers is a work of strenuous discovery.  The good qualities of an individual are not a sufficient criterion, because they may not be of much value in actual work. We create a different community itself.  Our faith in the cause is to be revealed in action.

Mananeeya Eknathji.
