The 27th Volume of Arohi, the house magazine of VKVs of Arunachal Pradesh has been released at the Administrative office, Dibrugarh on 25th December 2018 - the day which is observed as the first day of Samarth Bharat Parva, which continues up to 12 January. The releasing program was graced by Jeevan Vrati Karyakartas of Vivekananda Kendra Mananeeya Km Aparna Palkar, All India Sahitya Seva Team member, VK, Kanyakumari and Km Rebati Devi, Joint Secretary, Vivekananda Kendra Shiksha Prasar Vibhag, Assam & Nagaland.
