11th September 2017: Universal Brotherhood Day was celebrated with gaiety and traditional fervor; Students of VKV, KGBV & RMSA with Nyder Namlo members were included to participate in the grand celebration of Universal Brotherhood Day on 11th September 2017 at 10 am. The program was scheduled to commence at 10 o’clock.

Sri Mama Natung the parliamentary secretary (Panchayat, Rural Development, information & printing) Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh graced the occasion as the chief guest and Sri Robin Hissang, Principal Govt. model college, Seppa as a guest of honour.

The program began with the lighting of the lamp along with the invocation prayer followed by an introduction of resource guests and welcome to the gatherings by Sri Lakhi Nath Handique Principal VKV Wessang. Km. Smita Roy of class IX presented the Chicago speech. Next the speech was attributed by the guest of honour. He gave much importance to the real education and about Sanatana Dharma. Students performed many mixed cultural program. Next to it the speech was attributed by the chief guest. He also gave importance to the diversity of our Indian Culture and also focused on the massage of Swami Vivekananda. He appealed to the gatherings to accept the good things of all the Religions. The gatherings were nearly 1000 in numbers including parents, students, guests, Arun jyoti members, Zila Parisad members and nearby village people.

through the cultural display passed to the gatherings.
