VKV PTC Banderdewa organized 2 days Sadgamaya Shibir on 26th and 27th of October 2018. Total no. of Schools participated is 04 and total participants are 49. Sri. Surendra Choudhury IPS, Principal PTC Banderdewa, Sri. S.C Dixit cluster Incharge Papumpare, Principal VKV Nirjuli honored the Shibir as Chief Guest. Sri. Giri Tali MO PHC PTC Banderdewa and Su. Sudipta Roy Didi Nagar Sangathak Papumpare Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti has been invited as Resource Persons.
VKV BANDERDEWA conducted a Cleanliness Drive program at banderdewa township on 22 September. Children of Class VIII -X, Staff members and the police personals of Banderdewa police station participated.
The Universal Brotherhood Day is celebrated in vkv ptc banderdewa. Mr.Ranphoa Ngowa IFS ADITONALSECRETARY PHE&WS ,An Ex VKVian of VKV Niausa was the Chief guest.87 parents and 305 students were attended the program.
The gurupurnima is celebrated in vkv managers on 27.07.2018. We have invited Sri. Yamar Tajap, Head Master GHSS Forest Colony BANDERDEWA and felicitated. He also honoured all the TEACHING staff. A rangoli making competition and guru bhajan competition also confucted on the occasion. 370 people were attended.
Capacity Building Programme on life skills was organized by , CBSE Centre of Excellence(Guwahati) on 20-06-2018 at Royal International School ,Naharlagun. The programme was attended by two of our residential teachers

International Yoga day Celebrated in VKV PTC Banderdewa, combinedly, VKV and Police Training Centre on 21st June. Around 200 children and 350 police personals participated.
Smt. Gari Tayi, Dy. S.P. spoke on the occasion and Shri. P.Rajan, Principal VKV PTC Banderdewa welcomed and spoke importance of yoga in daily life.
Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya PTC Banderdewa Celebrated 155th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda as National Youth Day in the Banderdewa Police Training Centre Auditorium. Mr. G.S. Meena IAS, The secretary of Home govt. of Arunachal Pradesh was the Chief Guest and Mr. Surendra Choudhury IPS, Principal PTC Banderdewa was the Guest of Honor.
The Guest in their speech advised the youth and children to follow the ideals of Swami Vivekananda. The children of VKV and nearby school presented a colorful cultural show in front of around 700 no’s of audience.
