The tournament was inaugurated by the Chief – Guest madam Techi Henyier Vice- Principal PTC Banderdewa 12th batch APPSC accompanied by Sri S. C. Dixit , Education officer cum Papum pare Cluster incharge.

• Welcome address was delivered by Sri Vijay Kumar Tehariya ,Principal , VKV PTC Banderdewa.
• The Chief –Guest and other officials were felicitated by Sri S. C. Dixit Sir On her speech the Chief - Guest said that Football is her favourite game. She encouraged the players saying that Game plays a
• vital role in the life of children, which enables them to live a healthy constitution throughout their life.
• After having taken the Oath by the players the tournament was declared to be opened.
