The students reported on 12th Oct 2019 at 4:00 pm. They assembled in the prayer hall for Bhajan Sandhya at 5: 30 pm. It was followed by group division and self introduction. After dinner Anand Mela was conducted by class-X students Km.Ruhmilu Tayang & Km.Sweety Tayang of VKV Tafrogam.
On 13th Oct 2019 the camp started with Inaugural function. The chief guest was SriKurlengso Ngadong, Vibhag Pramuk,Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jothi. He emphasized on the importance of the camp. The first session was of Dr.Ravikant Altekar . He spoke on the technological achievement of India,. With the reference of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam and Chandrayan II. Session II was conducted by Dr. Rocha Wangsu Muri,District Medical Officer ,Tezu. She encoded the importance of health & hygiene in day to day life . Session III was Women education which was delivered by Sri.Pradeep Kr Pandey,CIC,Lohit cluster. Sri.Suresh Behra,Principal of VKV Tezu in session V consolidated the qualities of Swami Vivekananda which made him a legend. Su.Siva Pandiya Jothi gave an idea on various profession connected to drawing. The games session was conducted by su Nayanmini and Smt Sumitra Singh. After Bhajan Sandhya educative video clippings were shown. In the Anand Mela session Su.Chumki Bonik & Su.Dhan Kunwar conducted patriotic song and quiz competitionto check out the comprehensive ability on the whole session.
On 14th Oct 2019 Smt. Shanthi Manoharan, Principal of VKV Tafrogam took a session on How to be a organized student .She insisted on how to be a overall organized student, what are the things they have to adopt in day to day life to be a excellent student. A craft session was also conducted by Su.Chumki Bonik .The camp concluded by valedictory function with the blessings of Sri Pradeep Kumar Pandey,CIC Lohit Cluster.

Under-17 Girls Cluster level(North - East Region) Kho-Kho competition was fielded from 3rd October, 2019 - 5th October, 2019 in the Montford school, Guwahati premises. It exhibited an example of true sportsmanship amongst the players. Totally fifteen schools were praticipated from Assam, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh At the event, all the fifteen teams made it all the way to the semi-finals of the main competition, where they had to play against each other to decide who would go to the final round. Solar making is a new approach to make a new India by depending on non-conventional sources of energy resources.
VKV Tafrogam has registered the names of 88 students from Cl VI to X. We have received solar kit materials on 28/09/2019.
Our school made a plan to to educate the children with the help of the teachers. We could make a favourable attitude among the children with the help of PPT and vedio.
It included energy,electricity, usage of solar energy etc. Introduction to solar kit components were done and on 2nd Oct 2019 the child assembled the parts to make solar lamp.
Our school organised cleanliness programme under swachh bharath abiyan on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi.

On 11/9/2019, a colorful and memorable Brotherhood day was organized in our school. Universal Brotherhood Day is observed on September 11 every year. It marks the commemoration of Swami Vivekananda’s famous speech delivered on September 11 1893 in Chicago to the delegates of the World Parliament of Religions. The speech is popularly remembered for its opening words – ‘Sisters and brothers of America.’
Event was upto noon and was held in the prayer hall of our school. In this mega event, 750 parents partook.
The grand show commenced by the arrival of parents. Then the Chief Guest, the Deputy Commisoner of Lower Dibang Valley , Smt.Mitali Namchoom who was former student of VKV Tafrogam . There was a colourful welcome with bouquet made by students, followed by lighting of the lamp. It was accompanied by a melodious mangala charan, It was followed by a welcome speech and school report given by the Principal of VKV Tafrogam. Felicitation of chief guest had been done by Shri pradeep kr. Pandey ,cluster - in charge. Km. Lisika Thalai of class VIII retold the chicacho address. Significance of the day voice overed by Shri Ashok Atale, from VK Arun jyoti . Prize distribution ceremony was held to felicitate the students who achieved in curricular, co - curricular and extra curricular activites Then there was memento presentation to the invited guest, aspiring speech was given by chief guest and the grand event began. It was a truly mesmerizing show as the teams from all the classes presented many programmes . There was welcome dance, action song, Mismi and Adi dances, Sanskrit patriotic song, Hindi story telling and potraying scences from swamiji's life. Everyone sat glued to the show. The Chief Guest praised the entire event a lot. She guided with her inspirational words and inspired to do better; she mentioned that VKV was the building blocks of her life and she also quoted, where ever she was, discipline she learnt from VKV lead her path. It was followed by aformal vote of thanks. It was followed by santhi mantra and the event concluded.
We really enjoyed a lot and dispersed with a sincere hope that such mega events should be organized on time and again giving the students a chance to display their talents.
Festivals close knit us. Festivals help us to stick with our tradition,rituals and spread spirituality. It also informs, educate, reenergize our body, mind and soul. Ganesh Pooja is one of the colourful festivals. *Students of VKV Tafrogam* celebrated in grand manner! entire school was joined their hands for Celebration. It started with idol making competition, students of four different groups made the idols and class 10 students made the sanctum sanctorum of a puja.In the morning teachers and students made mothagam. In the evening student made Idols placed in the well decorated altar. Spiritual ignite imbibed in the souls through banjans and pujas. Prayer end with distribution of delicious prasad!
The students of VKV Tafrogam,celebrated Janmasthami with a special evening prayer, followed by Tableau, with diverse ‘Leelas’ of Sri Krishna, was illustrated by the students of classes IV to IX Tableau vivant the fact that whenever there will be dominance of malevolence ‘He’ will reincarnate to destroy the evil and save the good. It was nonetheless brought to life by the gleaming potrayal that represented His ‘Leelas’ and depicted the importance of the occasion.
