Sri.Kurleso Ngadong,Vibhag Sanchalak of Vivekananda Kendra,Lohit Vibhag  and also parent of VKV Tafragam arranged for Indigenous faith puja in the school on 5th July at 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm  Local pujari Sri.Solai Ngadong Ji from Tezu conducted the puja in the prayer hall. The puja was performed maintaining social distancing. Along with him around 8 women , all of them were Indigenous faith members participating in the puja. All the teaching and non-teaching staff were present. The Programme began with Welcome address by our Principal Smt.Shanthi Manoharan after that  Sri Pradeep Kr Pandey, CIC highlighted on the work taken by the VKV’s  in not only imparting quality education but also working for the preservation of indigenous faith in the society of Arunachal Pradesh . They all were felicitated by the school authorities.Two bhajan in Mishmi Language and also Mishmi Prayer were performed in their traditional way . Entire prayer hall filled with serene atmosphere. Indigenous faith flag was placed in two places one at the gate and other near Amik Matai Temple in the campus. Program ended with Shanti Mantra and vote of thanks by Sri.Rajeev Kr Singh and distribution of sweets.
