The importance of the day was highlighted in the program. A small cultural program was organized.Chicago address was also delivered by one of the student of class-VIII.

VKV dollungmukh has celebrated Sri Krishna Janmastami .We have invited the parents and students of classes I and II. Radha Krishna competition was conducted for the students. All the parents and well wisher appreciated the program.

VKV Dollungmukh has celebrated Rakshabandan and Observed Ma. Eknathji Punyatithi ,Both the program was conducted in the school prayer hall and everything as per our plan. All the staff members were divided into 3 groups and they're visited CISF campus, Dollungmukh Police station and nearby village for tying rakhi.

The school has celebrated 75^th Independence Day .The programme started at 7:30 am by hoisting the national flag followed by National Anthem. Sri Sanjeeb Kumar Kar, Principal of the Vidyalaya hoisted the national flag and addressed to the gathering. All the teaching and non teaching staff together sang a patriotic song with national spirit. In the morning at 6:00 am, Sri Nandalal Sharma read out the Sankalp patra on 75^th Independence Day in front of Bharat Mata. All the teaching and non-teaching staff members offered flowers on Bharat Mata and sang the song –Desh Hame Deta He Sab Kuch…

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Dollungmukh celebrated Guru Purnima .The programme was conducted in the prayer hall at 6:00PM. It was started with three “Om Karas”. The letter of Mananeeya Nivedita Didi was read out by Sri Gobin Basnet. The importance of the day was highlighted by Shri Anil Barman, Sanskrit teacher. Guru Bhajan was sung by group of teachers. All the teaching and non teaching staff with their family members participated in the programme. The programme was concluded with Shanti Mantra.

VKV Dollungmukh observed the Punyatithi or Mahasamadhi of Swami Vivekananada on 4^th July 2021.He was the messenger who uplifted the dying spirit of Indians. The programme was conducted in school building where the Swamiji’s statue is there. The programme started with three Omkaras and singing of Patriotic song. Lastly there was flower offering on the statue of Swamiji. All the teaching and non teaching staffs were present in the programme.
