On the occasion of “158th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda”, a grand programme was organised to spread the message of swamiji in the mass as well as to show the talent of the students through cultural programme.

The programme began with lighting of lamp by Sri. Laisam Simai, MLA, 51 Nampong Assembly constituency, chief guest followed by shanti mantra and Ekya mantra chanted by a group of students.

• Cast the light of the life of Swamiji from his childhood days to maturity showing how his life itself became a source of inspiration for all.
• She urged every parent to give time to children and try to mould their characters and life following the principle of Swamiji.

• Highlight some principles of Swamiji pointing out how those principles can transform the life of an individual.
• Advice to keep focus on the goal of life under any circumstances.

Speech of Chief Guest, Sri.LaisamSimai

• Urged both students and their parents to follow the path of Swamiji.
• Adviced to face the challenges of life face to face and continue the journey of life in smiling face despite many pain and troubles.

The programme went on swiftly to the end without being noticed by anyone. In the end Sri.Satya Narayan Pandey gave ‘Vote of Thanks’ expressing his gratitude on the behalf of school to all. The programme got concluded with Shanti Mantra chanted together.
