On the day of 19th of November, Sadhana Diwas was celebrated with great commitment at VKV, Tezu. All the 16 teachers gathered in the school activity hall to celebrate the day. The day started with usual office time at 8.30, to prepare for the holy occasion. To celebrate the occasion with all the 405 students virtually, the class teachers shared the photo of Mananeeya Eknathji  Ranade on the online platforms to pay homage, along with a beautiful speech highlighting Eknathji’s early life, his hard toil to materialize the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, compiling Rousing call to Hindu nation, his contribution as a kshetra pracharak for poorvanchal, his visit to entire north east after the great earthquake, his endeavor to establish VKVs in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam etc.

The celebration started with the first session of Swadhyay from 9 am to 10 am, where all the teachers gathered in a circle in the prayer hall to start with chapter number 8.

The second session of celebration was resumed by lighting the Diya by the Principal at 11.30 am, which was followed by the floral tribute on the portrait of Eknathji Ranade by the Principal and all the other teachers. All the teachers enchanted the prayer starting with three Omkaras. After cleansing the minds and spirit with the prayer, the swadhay was resumed and finished till chapter number 10.

We were very fortunate to receive the letter from Mananeeya Nivedita Didi. It was read out loudly with the explanations of the insights of the golden words of Didi, which guided all the teachers to build better mindset and to elevate the enthusiasm in our life and work. The celebration was ended with the beautiful message from our Nivedita Didi, along with Kendra Prayer.
