The programme was scheduled in two points as follows,

In Classroom cluster VKV Kuporijo

Strength: - 250

Activities: - Mahasamadhi Diwas was observed by offering flower to Swami Vivekananda’s portrait in Principal’s office in presence of all the students and staffs of VKV Kuporijo.

Speeches: - A Brief speech on Swamiji and Vivekananda Kendra was delivered by Suman Kondha. Su. Aparna Didi, Jeevanvrati Karyakarta of Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari also enlightened the students about the Swamiji.

In Prayer Hall (VKV Kuporijo)

Strength: - 115 (Parents, Teachers, Alumni)

Activities:- Through observing the Mahasamadhi Diwas, a newly inducted student’s Parents’ Meet was organised in the prayer Hall of VKV Kuporijo.

Speech: - The programme was graced by Su. Aparna Didi and Dr. Roktum Sikom, DMO, Daporijo. They addressed on the topic – A good parenting and brief sketch of Vivekananda Kendra’s activities in National and International level.

Overall it was successful programme. All the parents introduced themself and expressed their joy for being part of Vivekananda Kendra.
