VKV Kuporijo organised Deshbhakti Kavi Sammelan on 29th January 2018. Budding poets from nine schools from Daporijo Township participated. It is a platform for the students from different schools to present their self composed patriotic poems . Addressing the students Sri Amit Kumar, Asst. Commandant ITBP Daporijo the chief guest praised the students for their poems. He appealed them to uphold the patriotic zeal and maintain cleanliness of surrounding . Sri Ashis Chatterjee , Principal VKV Kuporijo urged students to pen their feeling and promote universal brotherhood. 457 students and teachers attended the programme. Each school was represented by 3 students. All the participants received the prizes.
