VKV Kharsang celebrated Indigenous Faith Day along with the Indigenous Faith and Cultural Society of Arunachal Pradesh and the Rangfrah Movement of the Miao unit. A Peace Rally was organised from Injan Village to Housing Tinali, Kharsang. Public programme conducted at VKV Kharsang was attended by around 450 believers of the Indigenous Faith from different parts of the region. Principal Govt. Higher Secondary School Miao was the chief Guest. He highlighted the need to preserve the rich cultural heritage of Arunachal Pradesh. Various leaders also spoke on the occasion. The students & the local people presented a beautiful cultural programme. 
After the programme Sankul meeting and the Amrit Parivar Milan were conducted. Sri.NP Tiwari, teacher, VKV Kharsang, spoke on the importance of the Gita in daily life and explained the letter of Mananeeya Nivedita Didi. Around 60Parents attended. There were discussions and Games conducted by part of the Gita Parivar.
