On 08th Nov 2014, a Talent Show for Class-I & II and a Science  Exhibition for Class-III to V was conducted at VKV-KHARSANG. The Programme was inaugurated with the exhibition stall at 10 a.m. Sri Shyamal Chakraborty, Principal VKV Kharsang inaugurated the exhibition stall along with 66 parents  out of 117, of primary classes. After witnessing various beautiful still and working models prepared by the students of class – III –V, the parents were lead to the prayer hall of VKV Kharsang.

All the parents could find their sit in the well decorated prayer hall. The talent show was started with three Omkaras followed om sahnavawtu . A warm welcome address was given to the parents by Sri Anup Yadav. A melodious welcome song was sang by the students of class I and II. The key note address was offered to the parents by Shri Shyamal Chakraborty, Principal VKV Kharsang. In his address he highlighted the following tips to the parents for improving Child’s concentration. He urge the parents -

  • To keep the students away from excessive consumption of sugar in their day to day diet, for presence of excess sugar in their bloodstream makes them hyperactive, and deviate them from a single point. It leads them lethargic and irritating and hampers the chances of good concentration.
  • To avoid multi-tasking like using of electronic gadgets and book at same time.
  • To frame study time table subject wise with proper break after every 40 min, to 1 hour.
  • To watch out our habits during our normal communication in the family, watching TV, talking loudly etc.
  • To avoid providing junk food to the children.

After the address of the Principal, Geeta chanting was recited by Km. Trisha Chakraborty ( Cl-II) and Kr. Ado Sonam (Cl-I) followed by a group patriotic song from the students of Class –I( Hind ke bahaduro..).

Km. Trisha Chakraborty of Class II wonderfully recited the states and its capital of India followed by recitation of state and  its languages  by Km. Thanwi Jolina  Tangha and Km. Riya Yanga of Class – II.

Km. Simi Changmi of class –II was the next participants for reciting various names of  Arunchalee tribes with their festivals, it was followed by name of the districts and their headquarters of Arunachal Pradesh by Km. Jessica Nimpo of class –II.

The students of class-I presented a ‘Number Rhyme’ in group which was followed by recitation of multiplication table from 1 to 20 house by Kr.Mandip Barma (cl-I), Kr. Ayush Sharma(cl-II) and Kr. Aten Jamoh (cl-II) .

A  Yoga asanas was demonstrated  by the students of class I then it was followed by Action song from the selected students of class I and II.
