Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic favor on 15th August, 2021 in the school ground with all the staff, family, and staff’s children; we also invited the Gaon-bura of Joram to celebrate 75th Independence Day.
On this special occasion, Program was started with Mangalacharan and lightening of the lamp by respected Gaon-bura of Joram Village. After that Flag was hoisted by our Chief Guest Mr. Joram Tok led by Principal Sir and he (principal) also has addressed the gathering explained about the Theme of 75th Independence Day which is, “Nation First, Always First” and also appealing to their nationalistic spirit and urging them to take pride to being an Indian. He highlighted some important points on “Atmanirbhar Bharat” and also emphasized the role of youth as the true wealth of country.
This was followed by a patriotic song that was sung by staff’s children that awakened everyone’s feelings towards the Motherland ‘Bharat’. We kept online competitions for the students such as singing a solo Patriotic song and quiz based on freedom fighters. All the participants were awarded with online certificate which was beautifully made by Sri. Sujit Dey. As a part of Independence Day celebration 53 Students, teachers, parents, Well-wishers and non-teaching staffs took part in “AZADI KA AMRIT MOHATSAV” in which they sung National Anthem and uploaded it on “rashtragaan.in”. On 15th August the entire program was live through Google Meet by Sri Probhat Newar and Sri Sujit Dey, so that the students and parents can become part of this beautiful program. Sri Probhat Newar was the in charge of this entire program which was led beautifully. Lastly the program was concluded by clicking few photos and with some slogans.
