A parents meeting was conducted in the school premises at 10:30 am onward on 18th August with school supporting group(SSG). All the parents were invited and their suggestion was focused on sifting of VKV in their permanent site. Today Honorable MLA Shri. Gokar Basar attended the meeting as a parent. In his speech he focused on the shifting of VKV Basar to its permanent site. He appreciated the VKV and he also promised to help VKV School in each and every problems faced by the school. Regarding the new construction of VKV in permanent site he said that he already approached the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh for releasing funds from various sources.  Total 99 parents were attained the meeting
