The Parents’ meeting for the hostellers was conducted on 03/08/2025 at 10.30 am in the school prayer hall by lighting the lamp with an invocation prayer. The welcome address and the purpose of the meeting were delivered by the Principal, VKV Shergaon. Then all the subject teachers present introduced themselves and discussed their preparation of the subject and strategy to bring good results for the students. An inspiring video clip on the school and the hostel was shown to the parents by which they enjoyed and appreciated. The suggestions were given to the parents, like not to bring eatables to the hostel or not to enter the hostel while visiting their wards, etc. The result of the Unit and periodic tests was discussed and given to the parents, and the parents of weak students talked to the subject teachers personally. Some parents suggested certain points for the improvement of the hostel, and they will stand in times of need for the school. The number of parents who attended the meeting was 94 out of 109. A vote of thanks was given to the parents, guardians, and well-wishers, and a light refreshment was arranged for the parents and guardians.
