World Environment Day was observed in a befitting manner in VKV, Shergaon  with the following programmes.

1. Essay Writing : (Cl.VI to VIII) Topic: CONSERVATION OF ENVIRONMENT-ROLE OF STUDENTS
2. Essay Writing:(Cl.IX to XII) Topic: WHY CLIMATE CHANGE IS IMPORTANT FOR INDIA’S FORIEN POLICY.
3. Painting Competition:(Cl.I to V) : Topic:-SAVE OUR ENVIRONMENT.
4. Plantation of Trees: Sri R.B.SINGH,COMMANDENT,73rd BN,SSB,SHERGAON and Jawans planted pine saplings in the school campus along with the students.
5. NSS Unit of the School had Taken up a cleaning campaign in and around the school.
