Teacher’s day was celebrated at VKV Shergaon on 5th sept.2019 in a befitting manner. As per the agenda the teachers conducted the morning assembly followed by plantation of trees. By the principal and two Didi drawing competition games like blind hit and volley ball were held for the teachers. Students playing the roles of teachers took classes till second period. Function for the day began at 11:45 am with Ekkya mantra and lighting of the lamp followed by a welcome song by Shri Anjan Purkayastha. Further in the programme  speech expressing gratitude to the teachers was delivered by Tashi Lahmu, standard XII teachers were felicitated and prize to winner were given away by the students. The host of the programe Shri Raj Kumar Jasobanta, standard X conducted ideal up an interesting game for the teachers.
