The concept of guru in Indian life was experienced and enjoyed during the gurupurnima day on 27/07/18 in our school. The prayer hall was decorated and students were asked to be a part of this festival with full enthusiasm. The organizing of the programme was completely done by the hostel cultural incharge Kr. Nabang Sha and his team. The importance of the day was delivered by Sri. Arvind Kumar Thakur .He focused on the meaning of guru and explained how enlightening takes place due to the contact with real Guru. There was house wise bhajan competition where eight teams attended with full devotion. All the hostellers and teachers enjoyed 45 minutes programme with full spirit. After the competition Prasad distribution was done.
