Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Seijosa in collaboration with Nivedita Vihar celebrated the Swami Vivekananda Jayanti as National Youth Day on 12th January 2019 in the new Prayer cum Dining Hall.

Honourable Deputy Commissioner of Pakke Kessang district Sri. Tamuna Messar was invited as a chief guest to grace the occasion. Honourable Additional Deputy Commissioner Sri. T. R. Tapu and C.O. of Seijosa also graced the occasion as a guest of honour. The SSG members, well wishers and parents of both the school attended the programme.

The guests were received with Rikam Pada Dance. The Principal of VKV, Seijosa welcomed the guests and highlighted the significance of the day and presented the brief report of the school.

Honourable Deputy Commissioner & ADC in their speech, highlighted the contribution of Swamiji and also the service offered by VKVs in Arunachal Pradesh. They also advised the students to become a good citizen of India by getting quality education in VKVs.

The students of both the school displayed their cultural items like Dance, Drama & Patriotic songs.

It was a very colourful programme and all the guests, parents and students enjoyed a lot. Finally, the occasion was concluded with Shanti Mantra.
