Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Seijosa observed Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shashtri Jayanti on 2nd October 2018. It was a very auspicious day. A great tribute was given to the great nationalist leaders who dedicated most of their valuable moments for the sake of the nation, which everybody, every Indians feel about them in the core of their heart.

There was a grand rally ( Prabhat Pheri ) in collaboration with PHC Seijosa, WRD, Pakke Tiger Reserve, VKV Seijosa and also nearby schools. The rally started from Upper Seijosa and upto west bank of Pakke Tiger Reserve.

This year Pakke Tiger Reserve starts their celebration of 64th National Wildlife Week from 2nd October, 2018 to 8th October, 2018. For that they are involving all the schools and entire community of Seijosa areas. They conducted many more literary activities regarding the theme of Pakke Wild resources. They also conducted Quiz and Debate competition and our school able to win 1st Prize in Debate Competition. Besides this, students won prizes and certificates ( 1st and 2nd ) in the event of Drawing, Painting and Essay writing competition.

PHC Seijosa also conducted Essay writing competition where our students could able to win 1st and 2nd prizes in both Junior & Senior category.

It was a grand Celebration there. There was also an interaction session for all the students whether we should kill the animals or not students should shared their views.

The whole day program ended with the pledge that we should protect the wild animals and wild resources.
