Republic Day celebrated at School.  National Flag hoisted  at 7 : 30 am by Su. Indu Gurung Principal. After the flag hoisting Didi explain the history of the India how British Raj occupied our country.In 1930 The Indian National Congress declared “ Poorna Swaraj”. India got Independence in 1947. But it was didn’t have a constitution of its own . A Drafting committee with  Dr. Bhim  Rao Ambedkar  as chairman was appointed for drafting a permanent Indian Constitution. Although the constitution was adopted on 26 November ,1949, it came into force on 26th January 1950.  But at present we  as a teacher our duty is to make our children a good citizen so that they can lead the country and make our country developed and Jagat Guru. It is a day when every community comes together and celebrates leaving all their differences. We all must be proud to be Indian.
