Celebration of Raksha Bandan creates a good bond relationship between sisters and brothers. Rakhies were tying among the teachers and students.
Punyatithi of Eknathji Ranade reminds us to do maximum dedication for the welfare of the society. Teachers and students offered floral tributes to the portrait of Eknath ji.
We have celebrated 75th Independence Day - 2021 at our Vidyalaya with great joy. Before Hoisting our National Flag, Principal, VKV - Amliang lit the light & offered flowers to the Portrait of Bharat Mata. He hoisted the National Flag at 7.15 am. in our School Playground by singing our National Anthem. Due to COVID 19, we did not invite our outsiders students & other well wishers. Our Staff children in the school campus attended the programme. All the Teachers & Non-Teaching Staff attended the celebration. Around 25 were present at the programme. After a short speech of the Principal, Sri. Madhab Borah( English Teacher) read out the Sankalpa Patra as a part of the celebration. After the programme in our vidyalaya, some Teachers & Non-Teaching Staff went to General Ground to attend the Public function.
This time, we have celebrated the Universal Brotherhood Day programme outside from our school campus at the Multipurpose Hall at Hayuliang Town. As per the Govt. Administrative orders, only 50 people were allowed to attend the gathering. So we have invited only 50 members including our Well Wishers, School Supporting Group members , Arun Jyoti Karyakartas and few selected parents for the programme. Sri. Sotailum Bellai (ADC, Hayuliang) was the Hon'ble Chief Guest and Sri. O.P. Chaubey (APO, Hayuliang) graced the programme as Guest of Honour. Both the Hon'ble Chief Guest & Guest of Honour spoke about the thoughts and ideas of Swami Vivekananda in an elaborate way. They said that Swamiji's thoughts and ideas are very relevant in this modern time. Sri. Mritunjay Dubey(Teacher) spoke about the life and message of Swami Vivekananda in Hindi. He narrated the contributions of Swamiji towards the reformation of our Bharat towards Jagatguru. Our Class: X students presented a patriotic song. It was a small programme but a good programme.Thus the Universal Brotherhood Day programme of this year was celebrated successfully with great joy.
Guru Purnima was celebrated in our School on 8th July - 2020 at 10.00 am at our Prayer Hall as per the instruction of VKVAPT & Su. Nivedita Didi's letter. Sri. Sonu Ama (Mishmi Local Pujari) was the Chief Guest of the programme. Sri.. Achan Krong(PI, Hayuliang0 was the Guest of Honour. All the Teaching & Non-teaching staff along with all the family members around 52 nos. attended the programme.
The Hon'ble Chief Guest (Sri. Sonu Ama, Local Pujari) was facilitated and he also explained very detailly about the Local Puja and its importance. Guest of the Honour of the Programme Sri. Achan Krong also gave a speech on it.
A residential Prachodaya Shibir was organised at V.K.V, Amliang. Altogether 40 students including Day – Scholar of Class : IX & X were participated. Out of which 3 numbers were girls and rest were boys. All the participants have reported at 4.30 pm. on 6th August – 2019. Sri. O.P.Chaubey (A.P.O.) Hayuliang was the Chief Guest of the inaugural Programme of the Shibir on 7th of August – 2019 at 9.00 am sharp. To enrich with the Shibir participants, the following programmes were kept in the Agenda of 2 days long Residential Prachodaya Shibir
We have celebrated Guru Purnima in our sch with full enthusiasm. A Swadhyaya was also conducted based on the letter sent by Su. Nivedita Didi. Altogether 14 Teachers attended the Swadhyaya.
In the evening a small cultural programme was arranged. Our students presented a small Drama
based on the script sent by Ma.Bhanudasji for the Guru Purnima. It was followed by House wise Bhajan Competition on the Guru. All the family members also attended the programme. Sri. Saroj Kumar Sharma spoke about the importance of the day. A small Puja was also performed and we all offered flower to the OM. This was a nice day.
