VKV Koloriang has secured 1st & 3rd place in the District Level Science Congress held on 22.10.2019 at Govt. Hr. sec. School, Koloriang. Total 10 groups from different schools of Kurungkumey district had participated in the competition. The theme for this year is “Science, Technology and Innovation for Clean, Green and Healthy Nation”. Two groups had participated in the District Level Competition. Kr Bengia Aru & Chera Banu, Class VIII with the sub-theme “Traditional Knowledge System- Ecological study of Coptis Teeta - a medicinal plant” secured 1st Position and Km. Bengia Yayer & Km. Bengia Mary, Cl. VIII with the sub-theme “Waste to Wealth- Waste Management in Koloriang” secured 3rd position in the district level. Both the groups are qualified for State Level Competition.
