VKV Koloriang has observed the Kalpataru Diwas today i.e. on 1 st January 2019 to commemorate the revelation of Sri Ramakrishna himself to be an avatar on this day in 1886. The program started with three Omkaras followed by sahna bhavatu. Importance of the day was told by Su. Nabanita Kundu, teacher of the vidyalaya. Life and teaching of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and the various inspirational situations were highlighted. Students were motivated to read books on the life of Sri Ramakrishna during library period and collect the various inspirational incidents from his life. The program finally ended with Shanti mantra.
