Sadhna Diwas is being observed today i.e. on 19th November 2018 in VKV Koloriang to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade. Importance of the day was told by Sri Ramesh Yadav, Hindi teacher of the Vidyalaya. Various points on the life and achievement of Mananeeya  Eknathji  were highlighted. The difficulties in erecting Rock Memorial at Kanyakumari and the foundation of the Vivekananda Kendra were also shared with the students. Finally the students were encouraged to acquire the good qualities from the life of Eknathji and to work with dedication and commitment.   Essay and Painting competitions were also organized on the life of Eknathji Ranade. All the students from Classes I to VIII participated in the competitions.
