Universal Brotherhood Day is being celebrated at VKV Koloriang on 11th September 2018 at school auditorium hall with great pomp and show to mark the 125th anniversary of the Historic Chicago Speech of Swami Vivekananda in the World Religion of Parliament on 11th September 1893, in USA.

Sri Sumit Kumar Singh, Sub Inspector,CRPF, Koloriang Unit was the Chief Guest of the program. In his address, the Chief Guest remarks “School plays an important role in inculcating brotherhood feeling among the students which will help to promote peace and harmony in the society, nation and the whole world. He added, it is because of degrading moral values among the people, violence and conflicts are taking place around the world”.  He also encouraged the students to spread the message of love and universal brotherhood and Vasudeva Kuttumbakkam means the whole world is one family. The program was attended by Parents, well wishers, SMC members, teachers and students.
