VKV Dollungmukh celebrated the Indigenous faith day in an enthusiatic and cheerful way.The procession started at 9.00 am from the school campus.All the students along with the teaching staffs and parents  of the Vidyalaya involved in the procession with their own costume.The procession moved around Dollungmukh village giving the slogan of indeginous faith preservation.

As the procession reached at school, there was a cultural programme in the school assembly ground. The celebration initiated with three omkars with Ekya mantra. The welcomed speech was made by Shri Dambar Kr.Timsina Principal In charge of the Vidyalaya. The programme was graced by the two Guests Shri-Jumkar Dabi (Manager NHPC) and Shri Habung Koji (Engineer NHPC). The significance of the day was told by Shri-Sumit Brah, teacher of the Vidyalaya. He highlighted the importance for the preservation of the Indigenous faith and Culture. He appealed the students to maintain love and harmony between brothers and sisters. All the students both the hostellers and the day-scholars and the teaching and non-teaching staffs of the Vidyalaya participated in an active way.

At last there was a speech from Shri Jumkar Dabi, Chief Guest of the Programme, where he appealed the students to be disciplined in life. He also appealed the students to preserve the rich cultural Heritage of Arunachal Pradesh to keep our identity.

The vote of thanks was given by Shri Nandalal Sharma,Teacher of the Vidyalaya.

The total attendance of the programme was 250.
