NSS Unit VKV Itanagar observed "Samvidhan Diwas" Constitution Day on 26th November 2019 by reading Preamble in special assembly of the students. Km. Yumpee Tato lead the preamble to follow the rest of the assembly. Km. Tenzing Droima gave vibrant speech on drafting and enactment of Constitution of Indian.
