The School has organized Science and Art Exhibition on the occasion of Children’s Day in which 456 students from class III to IX and XI Humanities has prepared 152 Science/ History models along with 20 paintings based on concept of Science.
The exhibits were under 3 categories:-

5 exhibits from History section were prepared by students of class XI Humanities. These exhibits were judged by different panel of judges.
The students prepared the model on different themes such as Agriculture and Organic Farming, Transport and Communication, Resource Management, Waste Management, Mathematical Modeling, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence etc.,
Students from different classes visited the exhibits and could learn many innovative ideas and concepts related to science activities.
In the prize distribution ceremony, Dr. N Mara, Dental Surgeon R K Mission Itanagar along with Mrs. Mara attended the function as Chief Guest. The program started with 3 Omkaras and Mangalacharan followed by welcome address by the principal VKV Itanagar.
The prizes were distributed in 3 different levels for Science exhibits and 2 different levels for Art exhibits. Apart from that prizes were given for 1st 3 toppers in Mid Term exam from each class. Also prizes were given for 100% attendance of students from each class and highest class attendance by the chief guest and principal VKV Itanagar.
The chief guest addresses the students and expressed his gratitude to the participants for their active participation and encouraged all the students to continue this kind of activities in the future. Overall the program was very fruitful for the students as well as for the teachers.
