18TH Utsarg Samaroh of 3- VKVs for Class-X students initially started on 24th January 2018. The participants from following schools attended the UTSARG -18.

Altogether 132 students attended the Utsarg.
On 24th afternoon, The Utsarg -18 was formally inaugurated in the presence of Chief Guest Sri Nabam Shelly, Block Education Officer, Capital Complex, Itanagar. Sri Unnikrishnan P.M. Education Officer VKVAPT and Sri Krishna Kumar, Member VKVAPT also graced the Inaugural function. The programme started with Mangalacharan. The Principal VKV Itanagar Dr. Kakade Rajendra Chhagan, welcomed everybody cordially.
Sri P.M. Unnikrishnan, Education Officer, VKVAPT addressed the students, Resource persons, Escort Teachers and briefed about the 2-days Utsarg Samaroh. He defined Utsarg as gloriously march forward. He also clarified the objectives and motives behind the concept of Utsarg Samaroh in befitting way. He concluded his speech by asking the students to undrgo the Utsarg as Tapas with full of attention and get benefitted in these two days. The Shibir Geet ‘Man mein hamne’ was taught by Sri Krishna Kumar.
Sri Nabam Shelly, Block Education Officer, Capital Complex, Itanagar addressed the students by emphasizing few things for scoring good marks in forth coming CBSE examinations. He also expressed his gratitude towards the selfless service of VKVs. He advised the students that the only by sincere hard work and dedication bring the success in their life.
Thus the inaugural function of Utsarg Samaroh-18 concluded with shanti mantra.
