The National Service Scheme Volunteers of VKV, Itanagar has conducted an environmental awareness programme. 32 volunteers of Class XII Arts accompanied by the NSS programme Officer Shri V.N. Uthaman, visited the Ganga Lake and the State Biological Park.

After a 5 hour long visit the students discussed about the topics like cleanliness, sustainability of environment surrounding the Ganga Lake, importance of Tourism in the development of State’s economy, ‘Green  ITANAGAR , Green Arunachal’ etc.
