The State Central Library , Itanagar  was conducted a poem recitation  with props competition for class VII students on 10th August 2019, Saturday at 9 O’clock  in the morning at State Central Library in Connection with ‘National Librarian’s Day .

According to the instruction given, school nominated 10 students to participate and out of 10, 3 students were asked to participate in the competition in three different topics i.e. Nature, Technology and Patriotic under the guidance of Su.Deepika Nath(English Teacher) .

Shri Batem Pertin , Research Director of Arunachal Pradesh was invited as the Chief Guest along with District Library and information officers .He  exhorted students to imbibe the habit of reading books and encourage them to visit librates in order to enrich their knowledge .

Five different schools of capital complex participated in the competition .Km.Vidya Sah and Km.Yaram Megu students of class VII VKV, Vivek Vihar adjudged the first and second winner respectively and were awarded prizes.
