Eknath Ramkrishna Ranade (19 Nov 1914- 22 AUGUST 1982), popularly known as Eknath Ji,was a social activist and leader,motivated by twin spirits of nationalism and spiritualism and founder president of Vivekananda Kendra.

A small programme was arranged for giving shradhanjali to Eknath Ji Ranade after the morning prayer. Principal,Smt.Shanthi Manoharan spoke about the life of EkNath Ji,his struggles & contribution to the nation. Shradhanjali was given to him by all the teaching and non-teaching staff by offering flowers. A small Swadhya was arranged in the prayer hall after the morning prayer on the book Sadhna of Service on the last Chapter with Sri.Pradeep Kr Pandey,CIC ,Lohit Cluster and the teaching & non-teaching staff.
