We went to Haryana on 5th November, 2019 for participating in CBSE National Kho-kho tournament organized by Hindu senior secondary school, Hansi, Hissar. We went by train, nam- Abadh Assam Express from New Tinsukia to Jind, Haryana. We reached Jind on 7th November at 8.00 PM. After reaching Jind school vehicle came to pick us to the school.On 8th November, 2019, remaining teams have reported and we have done our registration. Opening ceremony of the tournament was on 09/11/2019 at 10.30 AM. Mr. Dharini Arun, joint secretary and head COE, CBSE was the chief guest of the programme. Mr. Santosh KumarSingh, CBSE observer, Sachin Pal, technical officer, Mr. Virender Sangwan, S.P, Hansi Police, Subhash Verma, block education officer, Hansi were also present in the programme.Total 92 teams from different clusters including 9 foreign teams were present in the ceremony. Our team, 11 students along with coach Su. Rumi Khakhlari and manager Su. Dhan Kunwar also participated in the ceremony. After opening ceremony was over, competition started. We had our first match on 10/11/2019 against Vivekananda Senior Secondary School, Sirsa, Haryana. They defeated us.2nd match we had on 11/11/2019 against Vikash Public School, Bargarh, Odisha and we won the match.Then our 3rd match was on 12/11/2019 against Nalgonda Public School, Telengana and they defeated us.Our 4th match against Millenium Public School, Pune, Maharashtra was on 13/11/2019 and that also we lost. On the same day, evening we had our 5th match against Sunrise Public School, Abu Dhabi which we won. As we lost 3 matches, we were out of the tournament. Even we lost it, we learned a lot of things which will help us to improve our game for the next.On 15th November, we collected certificates from the office and left for Delhi. As our train was on 16/11/2019, we stayed there for one day in Assam Guest House, Chanakyapuri along with Montfort School Guwahati participants. Next day we started our return journey from Old Delhi station to New Tinsukia station and we reached in school on 19/11/2019 at 9.30 AM.
