Gita Jayanthi Celebrated - VKV Shergaon

 

The programme was started at 09:30 A.M in the prayer hall. Principal Sri Satish Kumar sir lighted the lamp followed by three omkara and sahanababatu mantra.A speech has given by Sri Madhusoodhan sir on importance of the day. Karmayoga slokas were chanted by all. Two bhajans were also sang.Then school level gita chanting competion’s certificates were distributed by principal and teachers. Principal also enlightened the audience. Anchoring and vote of thanks were given by Sri S.K.Dubey sir. Teaching, non teaching staff members and some of the parents also were present in the programme

Library Week Celebrated - VKV Shergaon

 On 19th Nov. 2019 at 9.00 ‘o’ clock at projector hall we have observed “Sadhana Diwas” and Library Week together. We observed Sadhana Diwas of Mananeya Eknath Ji Ranade and consequently we observed Library Week of 2019 which was started from 19th Nov. 2019 and observed up to 26th Nov. 2019 with conducting verities of programme- Book Review, Drawing Competition, Literary Activities and Book Donation. The programme was started with lighted the lamp by chief guest Asan Kri, C O Shergaon Circle in presence of Vice Chairman of SMC and principal. Importance of the library week  followed by Sri Dilip Kumar Das sir and Principal Sri Satish Kumar has highlight the Sadhana Diwas with beautiful poem on Eknathji. The chief guest Sri Asan Kri, CO Shergaon circle encourage the students by his speech to read more books and relate to present situation of his own life  And the programme was coordinated by Sri Pradip Karki

Annual Sports Meet Conducted - VKV Shergaon

      

The inaugural function of the Annual Sports meet, 2019 of VKV Shergaon was held on 14th Nov.2019, in the general ground of the school. Shri S.C. Ganguwar, Officiating Commandant SSB 73rd Battalion who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, declared the sports meet open after flag hosting , lighting of the torch and march past. The programme began with the welcome song by students and welcome speech by the Principal. In his welcome speech the Principal wished the students on the occasion of children’s day. Game events began with the final football match between Dibang and Subansiri Houses. It was followed by track events and indoor games.

Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Observed - VKV Shergaon

VKV Shergaon observed ‘Rashtrya Ekta Diwas’ 0n 31st oct.2019. IPS Raja Bantia SP, Bomdila along with S.I Savgey Dargey & the Bikers from A.P.P were the guest visitor. A formal programme is conducted show caring the culture programme & heritage. I.P.S, Sh. Raja Bantia had a speech and interaction with student guided them to be a responsible citizen contribute for the great contribution of Sarder Ballav Bhai Patel later, A Football match is conducted to commemorate the 1st Home minister of india , Sarder Ballav Bhai Patel.

Gandhi Jayanthi Celebrated - VKV Shergaon

Today on 2nd October 2019, on behalf of “Gandhi Jayanti”, I Pradip Karki, programme officer NSS Shergaon Unit, Sri Satish Kumar, Principal VKV Shergaon along with all teaching and non-teaching staffs and students’ participated and payed homage to Mahatma Gandhi on his 150th birth anniversary by paying tribute to the father of the nation on this auspicious day. We began the day by cleaning the premises of VKV Shergaon with the help of all the students and the teaching staffs.

          Moreover, we also cleaned the nearby areas adjacent to the school. All the students as well as the staffs were very much enthusiastic, contributed whole heartedly and cleaned the surroundings very nicely.

          Last but not the least,  we also took a pledge to keep our house, school and our surroundings clean and will never allow any garbage to be accumulated anywhere and help the government in the process as well. At any cost, we will keep our home, village, city and the whole country a cleanest one. We also decided not to use any polythene bags which could accumulate and cause problems in the near future due to its non-biodegradable nature.
