Drama Competition Conducted - VKV Seijosa

As per your direction here I would like to pen a brief report about the drama competition of VKV Nivedita Vihar. Sir, It was conducted on 19/12/20. On that day total eight numbers of dramas were staged. Five of them were performed in hindi and three of them in English. Students were participated enthusiastically. Even though the pupils had no sufficient make up articles, they performed well. It was a great experience for all of us; especially it improved the bond between the teachers and the students unknowingly. Here, I am going to highlight some areas which should be improved:-

  1. Availability of proper make up articles and costumes.
  2. All the teams of drama presented in the same manner. Teachers should help the pupils to learn different ways of presenting a drama on the stage.

Maha Shivarathri Celebrated - VKV Seijosa

Shiva Ratri day, we conducted a mass shiva puja in our school campus. All the students and staffs along with their family membres attended the puja at the prayer hall.

From 4 ‘o’clock onwards in the evening students started to prepare Puja Samagrees. Almost 150 plates with banana leaves along with other pious puja samagrees were arranged by the students.

At 5 ‘o’ clock we started the puja. The most attractive part of the puja was that most of the students made ‘Shiva Linga’  by using clay and they offered flowers and puja samagrees on it. The primary class students were very enthusiastic to chant the Sanskrit mantras guided by sri Y Pradeep sir, Principal VKV Seijosa and Sri Sajith Kumar, Sanskrit Teacher VKV Seijosa.

The puja continued up to 6 ‘o’ clock and concluded with shanti Mantra and there after Kendra Prayer. At last Prasada were distributed to all present there.

The puja of Shivaratri was performed very peacefully in a disciplined manner and all of us benefited mentally and spiritually.
