Universal Brotherhood Day Celebrated - VKV Nivedita Vihar

The universal brotherhood day was celebrated in our school with great enthusiasm. To commemorate the day a short program was conducted. Chief Guest Smt. Tangnem Katang (Extension officer, JE BDO Office) donated Rs.10000 and Smt. Melung Bagang (SSG) delivered few words regarding the program. Principal didi gave the welcome address and felicitate the guest. Chicago speech and significance of the day was delivered by two class X students. A cultural program was kept where some of the students participated. With Shanti mantra the program came to an end.

Parents Meet and Teacher's Day Conducted - VKV Nivedita Vihar

Parents meet for class IV and V was conducted on 30 August, 2019. Out of 61 parents 57 parents were present. The chief guest for the meeting was Sri. Y. Pradeep Sir, cluster incharge. The meeting was started sharply at 10 am with invocation and welcome song. Welcome speech and objectives of the meeting was delivered by Principal of VKV Nivedita Vihar. After that the class teacher displayed the academic performance of the students of class IV and V. Two parents from each class were given the opportunity to give feedback and suggestion. After that Chief guest delivered a speech on the topic ‘Role of teacher’. All the students of class IV and V participated in the talent show. Patriotic songs, Yoga, Drama, short act, Swamiji’s quotation, multiplication table, Action song, and dance were performed by students. After that the program was concluded with shanti mantra.

Independence Raksha Bhandan Celebration - VKV Nivedita Vihar

Our school celebrated the 73rd Independence Day with great enthusiasm and proud ness on 15th August, 2019. Every students and teachers contribute towards its preparation. For this programme the principal of our school was the chief guest and hoisted the flag at 6.30 am followed by national anthem and patriotic song. Principal didi delivered the speech regarding the importance of the day. After that another auspicious festival was celebrated on the ground itself i.e., Raksha Bandhan. Around 7.30 am the participants marched towards the general ground along with some teachers. For the occasion of Raksha Bandhan some students of class IV and V were taken to VKV boys Seijosa.

Prochadaya Camp Conducted - VKV Nivedita Vihar

The Prachodaya camp was conducted at our school on 25 August,2019.The students of class IX and X who secured 60% and above in their previous class final examination from VKV Nivedita Vihar and VKV Seijosa got the opportunity to participate in the Prachodaya camp.The total participants from VKV Nivedita Vihar was 45  and 27 from VKV Seijosa.The programme was started sharply at 8.30 am with  invocation .Welcome address and felicitation of the resource persons were done by the Principal of VKV Nivedita Vihar.The distinguished guests and resource persons who had enlighten the students were Education officer Sri Muralidharan Sir,cluster incharge Sri Y.Pradeep Sir,Sri Ananda Dutta Sir,CounsellorSmti.Manisha Gokhale Saikia,Company Commander Captain Ambanish Nafole,Principal VKV Nivedita Vihar Smti.Ranjana Srivastav didi.6 session were there and the 1st session topic was ‘Raise yourself’taken by Sri Muralidharan Sir in which he gave the mantras how to develop personalities and achieve higher tendencies.Next session topic was ‘Attitude decides Altitudes’ taken by Smti. Manisha Didi where she discussed the problems faced by adolescence and how to face the challenges.3rd   session was taken by Smti. Ranjana Didi where she told the importance of a routine in student’s life. The   4th session was taken by Captain Ambanish Nafoli where he discussed about the career guidance. He told various job opportunities in defence. The 5th session topic was ‘goal set’ taken by Ananda Dutta sir. He discussed about goal setting, its importance and how achieve it. And the last session was taken by Y. Pradeep sir on the topic ‘Utilization of study hour’ in which he gave the ideas for effective learning. After this the session was ended with feedback by students and teachers. At last Muralidharan Sir blessed the students through his words of wisdom.
