Prachodaya Shibir Conducted - VKV Amliang

A residential Prachodaya  Shibir was organised at V.K.V, Amliang. Altogether 40 students including Day – Scholar of Class : IX & X were participated. Out of which 3 numbers were girls and rest were boys. All the participants have reported at 4.30 pm. on 6th August – 2019. Sri. O.P.Chaubey (A.P.O.) Hayuliang was the Chief Guest of the inaugural Programme of the  Shibir on 7th of August – 2019 at 9.00 am sharp. To enrich with the Shibir participants, the following programmes were kept in the Agenda of 2 days long Residential Prachodaya Shibir

Guru Purnima Celebration - VKV Amliang

We have celebrated Guru Purnima in our sch with full enthusiasm. A Swadhyaya was also conducted based on the letter sent by Su. Nivedita Didi. Altogether 14 Teachers attended the Swadhyaya.
In the evening a small cultural programme was arranged. Our students presented a small Drama
based on the script sent by Ma.Bhanudasji for the Guru Purnima. It was followed by House wise  Bhajan Competition on the Guru. All the family members also attended the programme. Sri. Saroj Kumar Sharma spoke about the importance of the day. A small Puja was also performed and we all offered flower to the OM. This was a nice day.

5th  International Yoga Day @ VKV Amliang

VKV Amliang conducted International Yoga Day at our school playground. District  Health Society also joined with us in this programme. Dr.M. Kalita (M.O.) of Hayuliang Health Center was the Chief Guest of the programme. Around 200 students , Teachers and Health society members attended the Yoga. Sri. Sunil B,
Dhawral (P.E.T.) commanded the Yoga Ashanas. It was a successful programme.
Sri. S.S. Yadav spoke about the importance of the day.

National Youth Day Celebration @ VKV Amliang -2019

Swami Vivekananda Jayanti was celebrated on 12th Jan’19 in the school campus. All the Parents, Well-wishers, School Supporting Group Members, Govt. Officials from Khupa and Hayuliang , Gaonburas of Ama & Marap Villages and other people  of the nearby villages were invited to attend  this Grand Celebration.  Sri. Sode Potom (ADC , Hayuliang) graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Sri. O.P.Chaubey (APO, Hayuliang) was the Hon,ble Guest of Honour for the occasion. Su. Lui Shiba (EAC, Hayuliang was the Special Guest of the programme.   Our Swamiji Jayanti Programme was started at 11.00 am. and ended at 01.30 pm. The Principal, VKV – Amliang  gave the welcome speech and expressed his highest gratitude to all the people who were physically presence in the programme. Sri Mritunjay Dubey (Teacher) gave a brief life sketch of Swami Vivekananda and his teachings  in a very detailed way.  A small  cultural program was shown by our  students.

Thus the Programme of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti was ended with great Joy and happiness.  It was a great successful Programme because of equally shouldered the responsibility by all the Teaching & Non-teaching staff  & our bigger students of our School with sincerely and dutifully.

 Raksha Bandhan celebrated - VKV Amliang

On dated:  26th August 2018 , the Raksha   Bandhan  was celebrated   in the school at 09.30 am. The programme was  attended by 312   students , Teachers,  non-Teaching Staff  &  Staff families  attended the programme.    All the students and staff  members are greeted by the Principal, and conveyed his best wishes on the occasion.  Shri Saroj Kumar Sharma  highlighted the historical significance and background of this holy festival to all.

In the front of Swamiji’s  photo  Rakhi was offered  and then it was followed by the tying of rakhees  to  staff and students by the Didis and girl students of the Vidyalaya. The programme was concluded with  Shanti  Mantra followed by Sweets distribution at 11.00  am
